By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Safety Standards. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have a valid university email or ID. The Service is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 16 or without verified university affiliation. If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 16, it will be terminated immediately.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute such Content through the Service.
Spark has a Zero Tolerance Policy for abusive behavior. You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content, shut down any active Custom Room, and ban any user who violates these guidelines without prior notice.
Features such as "Shadows," "Anonymous Polls," "Anonymous Chat," and "Live Voice Rooms" allow for pseudonymous interaction between users. However, this anonymity applies only within the community.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spark Platforms Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may delete your account via the in-app settings at any time.
"AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Company makes no warranties regarding the operation of the Service.
Limitation: Spark Platforms Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service, or any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
